JW-Jones Gets Fabulous Help on New NorthernBlues Release

Bogart's Bounce is the ultimate electric blues album filled with lively, rhythmic sounds of guitar, piano, bass and drums. JW-Jones Blues Band offers finger-snapping tunes that remain with you all day long. The vocals of several of the band members add more of an upbeat and lightheartedness to the traditional blues sound.

The JW-Jones Blues Band includes several members: founder JW-Jones-guitar and vocals, Southside Steve Marriner-harmonica and vocals, Nathan Morris-upright bass, Matt Sobb-drums, Roxanne Potvin-vocals, Tortoise Blue-Hammond organ. Lending a hand from the Fabulous Thunderbirds, are Gene Taylor, on piano and Kim Wilson-vocals.

The JW-Jones Blues Band was signed to the NorthernBlues Music label when JW-Jones was merely 19 and Southside was only 15 by the president of NorthernBlues Music, Fred Litwin. He thought the group was "a ton of fun".
Bogart's Bounce offers the same for the more rock/blues listener. Most tracks are lively and traditional of true blues.

The album is a great change when in the mood to dance, laugh, or sing. All songs are written by JW-Jones. The tracks on
Bogart's Bounce offer a variety of flavors for all blues tastes. Tracks like "Flatline", "Without You," and "Heard the News," are truly superior. "Heard the News" is the most outstanding of them all. It leaves the listener with the reoccurring chorus "I can't stop rocking, rock all night, well I heard the news, you want me to rock with you." JW-Jones is definitely one band you will be rocking to.
